Getting Started with UXM SaaS

Welcome to UXM! If your organization is using our cloud-hosted service, you can be up and running in just a few minutes. Follow the simple steps below to start monitoring your endpoints effortlessly.


Step 1: Set Up Your Organization (Administrator)

Your UXM journey begins in the UXM Admin Portal using the administrator login provided to you.

Example portal URL: https://company.uxmapp.com

Once logged in, the administrator can quickly configure the workspace by:

  • Adding users and assigning roles
  • Setting up authentication (Single Sign-On, Active Directory, etc.)
  • Reviewing and customizing the initial organization settings

This ensures your environment is correctly prepared before endpoint agents are deployed.


Step 2: Install UXM Endpoint Agents

After the initial setup is complete, install the UXM Agent on the devices you'd like to monitor.

Simply download the correct agent for your operating system:

  • Windows
  • macOS
  • Linux

Once installed, the agent will automatically connect to the UXM SaaS platform and begin securely sending telemetry data.

🎯 Important: Endpoint data will only appear in UXM once the agent has been installed on the device.


Step 3: Confirm Your Data in UXM

Within a few minutes of installation, you should start seeing your device and user information in the UXM dashboards.

Visit your Endpoints Dashboard to confirm that data is flowing correctly.
